Reaction:

Even though I read just 61 pages, I guessed that Albert might be genius because he was always interested in new things. He was very curious about the compass and played the violin. When his uncle had some problem, he just felt that it might be fun. Through these process, I think that he thinks positive and has confidence. It is very important for us to gain confidence because it makes us happy or interested in something. However, I would say that his parents might make him to be genius during his childhood.

When children make a friend, they sometimes want to use something, they enjoy giving favorite things in order to play with them. Beans also want to know Dooley’s secrets, at that time, she picked the cat up. In this story, I think that there were some secrets; Dooley’s picture and the cat. Even though there was not special event or special story in this book, it was interesting, and I could understand children’s friend. Also, through this story, I remembered my childhood.
